Minerals Monitor is an event-and-exposure intelligence service for the rare-earth and magnet supply chain, published by Clay Indices (ET2 Labs LLC). It records government actions, company events, and trade-flow anomalies, mapped to a registry of tracked entities, minerals, and supply-chain stages.

The service does not publish price assessments and does not republish article text. Event records are structured facts — date, actor, action type, minerals, stage — with a one-line summary and a link to the primary source document.

Export-control note

All content is aggregated from public government publications and public company disclosures. Aggregating public government publications creates no ITAR/EAR exposure.
