Minerals Monitor is an event-and-exposure intelligence service for the rare-earth and magnet supply chain, published by ET2 Labs LLC. It records government actions, company events, and trade-flow anomalies, mapped to a registry of tracked entities, minerals, and supply-chain stages. The tracked universe builds on the CREVC constituent universe published by Clay Indices (Rare Earth Index).

The service does not publish price assessments and does not republish article text. Event records are structured facts — date, actor, action type, minerals, stage — with a one-line summary and a link to the primary source document.

Export-control note

All content is aggregated from public government publications and public company disclosures. Aggregating public government publications creates no ITAR/EAR exposure.
